Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all decisions made using the Services and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML), KYC, and data protection requirements. You are also responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all data submitted to the Services.
AI Disclaimer
You acknowledge that outputs generated by the Services are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. The Company does not guarantee detection of all fraud or risks, and false positives or false negatives may occur. The Services do not ensure compliance with any applicable laws or regulations. All decisions made based on such outputs remain your responsibility.
Data Protection
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, you act as the data controller and the Company acts as the data processor. You represent that you have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and lawful bases for processing personal data. Data may be processed across jurisdictions, including India and the United States. The Company implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
APIs and Integrations
You are responsible for ensuring that all integrations and use of APIs comply with applicable documentation and requirements. The Company is not responsible for failures arising from integrations or third-party systems.

Fees

Availability

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Suspension and Termination

Nature of Outputs and Decision Responsibility
The Services provide data-driven assessments, scores, and insights designed to support professional evaluation of vendors and counterparties.
Such outputs are generated using models, data, and assumptions and may not capture all relevant factors or risks. Outputs are intended to inform, but not replace, the user’s independent evaluation and decision-making.
The Company does not undertake to guarantee outcomes, verify all underlying information, or ensure compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
You remain solely responsible for:
independently evaluating vendors and counterparties;
making all business, financial, and compliance decisions; and
ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Beta Features
Any beta or experimental features may be modified or discontinued at any time and are provided without warranties.
Monitoring and Logging
The Company may monitor usage and maintain logs for security, compliance, and operational purposes.
Changes
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru.
Users accessing the Website from outside India are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
